North Korean Threat Grossly Overblown
Isn’t it funny how supposedly tough-guy conservatives like Newt and Sean Hannity are messing their pants over the “threat” posed by nations unable to even feed their own people? Seems pretty wussy to me….

Say what you will about 9/11 truthers and the Obama birth certificate people … they got nothin’ on the absolute absurdity of the neocon beltway right.
It’d almost be humorous if they weren’t killing innocent people on a daily basis, inpoverishing future generations and destroying our nation.

Great point. The 2 Iraq wars would be better called the 2 Iraq massacres, because of the immense disparity in military power. It’s amazing how the neocons got away with painting Iraq as any kind of capable or dangerous enemy for the second war. Madeline Albright herself admitted that 500,000 Iraq children had starved to death and otherwise died due to bombed infrastructure before the second war.

My first move as Prez would be to restore the “defense” department’s original name - the war department! Then we can stop referring to the military-industrial complex as the “defense industry” and call them what they truly are - war profiteers.
