Let’s Boycott the Buffalo Sabres
Written by James Ostrowski on May 4, 2009 – 8:14 pm -People keep asking me which businesses should we boycott. Jeez, give me a few weeks to put this together. My budget is zero and I have no staff, trying to overthrow the nation’s political class.
But if you must have a target, I give you the Buffalo Sabres. Their owner, Tom Golisano, gave critical support to pathetic career politician Bill Stachowski. Stack, who oddly enough I worked against in 1975, then cast the deciding vote for a truly criminal NY state budget increase of $13 billion.
The kicker is that Sabres executive Larry Quinn is a longtime member of the political class. So, boycotting the Sabres is a twofer.
Actually, it’s a threefer since the rumor is that Golisano will back Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown, a big government liberal.
So, stop slitting your own throats by giving money to the business firms that keep the political class in power.
