Crunch Time for the Tea Party Coalition
Written by James Ostrowski on October 31, 2009 – 9:17 am -There are four days left for folks in the Erie County tea party movement to prove they can do more than shout at a few rallies. Can you get out out and work? Will you vote? Will you give a last minute donation?
The Tea Party Coalition endorsed five good candidates, all challengers, in winnable districts now controlled by the Democrats. Going clockwise around the county:
Kevin Hardwick, District 10, Tonawandas/Grand Island
Shelly Schratz, District 14, Amherst/Tonawanda
Dino Fudoli, District 5, Lancaster/Alden and due south
Brian Wirth, District 9, West Seneca/Cheektowaga
Lynn Dixon, District 12, Hamburg, Evans, Eden….
What can you do?
Pick up a sign.
Volunteer.
Make a small donation–write “tea party” on the check.
Vote and encourage others to do likewise.
Add a banner for your favorite candidate on your website or in your email.

Subject: Final Campaign Push
We are headed into the stretch and have to really finish strong for Dino. We will need volunteers to go out Saturday AM (one last time!) and drop off literature at some targeted district neighborhoods. If you have a couple of hours to spare please meet at Dino’s house at 9am ( 12 Farm View Ct. ). Second, if anyone is not working, or has some extra time, on Election Day we can use help with placing volunteers at key polling places. Please let me know if you are available on Tuesday. This is an important duty and we need as many volunteers as possible. Lastly, we will be forwarding a list of voters for you to review. If you identify any familiar names from the list we ask that you call these people and remind them to vote. Please try to identify and reach ten people. More information on this ‘call tree’ will come in the next day or two. At the very least, please contact any family, friends, or acquaintances who live in this district and ask them to vote for Dino. Thank you in advance for your continued support.

Final Thoughts:
Would love to have signs around the county:
CLEAN SWEEP!
Hardwick–Schratz–Fudoli–Wirth–Dixon
TEA PARTY COALITION
Also, I urge the candidates to hold a Ron Paul-like sign wave the day before the election or the morning of.
See these videos. It works!
